The McLean Highlanders triumphed over the host Wakefield Warriors lacrosse team by a tally of 18-10 in Tuesday's league match.
Next up, the Highlanders confront the Wakefield School Fighting Owls (The Plains, VA) in a non-league match, on Tuesday, April 29. McLean will attempt to improve on its 9-4 season record. The Fighting Owls come into the match with a 1-3 record after their 14-7 non-league loss to Fairfax (Fairfax, VA).
The Warriors (5-6) will now prepare for their match against Washington-Liberty (Arlington, VA). The Generals come into the Liberty match with a 9-2 record. In their last match, Washington-Liberty notched a victory over Lake Braddock (Burke, VA), 9-6, in a non-league match.
