Wachusett Regional Mountaineers (Holden, MA) followers exited the stadium satisfied Tuesday as they saw their lacrosse team top the visiting St. Bernard's Central Catholic Bernardians (Fitchburg, MA), 14-3 in a non-league game.

With the victory, Wachusett Regional advances its record to 9-1 on the season. The Mountaineers host Leominster (Leominster, MA) to play the Blue Devils in a Midland-Wachusett A game on Thursday, May 1. The Blue Devils come into the game with a record of 1-4.

The Bernardians now sport a 1-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Blackstone Valley RVT for a non-league game on Monday, May 5. St. Bernard's Central Catholic will play a Beavers team coming off a 13-4 league loss to Tantasqua Regional (Fiskdale, MA). The Beavers record now stands at 2-7.
