The West Potomac Wolverines lacrosse squad scored 14 points and limited the visiting Woodson Cavaliers to 6 in the Wolverines league triumph on Tuesday.

The Wolverines now own a 8-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to West Springfield for a Patriot outing on Thursday, May 1. West Potomac will face a Spartans squad coming off a 21-9 non-league loss to Chantilly (Chantilly, VA). The Spartans record now stands at 0-9.

With the loss, Woodson falls to 7-5 on the year. The Cavaliers host Alexandria City (Alexandria, VA) to face the Titans in a Patriot outing on Thursday, May 1. The Titans go into the outing with a record of 6-5. Alexandria City won 6-5 in their recent league outing against West Springfield (Springfield, VA)
