The Cheney Tech Chargers softball team scored 18 runs and held the visiting Academy of Aerospace and Engineering Jets to 17 in the Chargers non-league win on Tuesday.

The Chargers now sport a 3-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Academy of Science and Innovation for a non-league battle on Thursday, May 1. Cheney Tech will confront a Ravens team coming off a 10-7 non-league win over Hartford Magnet Trinity College Academy (Hartford, CT). The Ravens record now stands at 2-1.

With the loss, Academy of Aerospace and Engineering moves to 0-5 on the season. The Jets host Prince RVT (Hartford, CT) to confront the Falcons in a non-league battle on Wednesday, April 30. The Falcons come into the battle with a record of 0-3.
