The Andover Huskies softball team scored 15 runs and held the visiting Coon Rapids Cardinals to 0 in the Huskies league win on Tuesday.

The Huskies now sport a 9-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Spring Lake Park for a Northwest Suburban battle on Thursday, May 1. Andover will encounter a Panthers team coming off a 4-0 league loss to Centennial (Circle Pines, MN). The Panthers record now stands at 8-4.

With the loss, Coon Rapids moves to 0-9 on the season. The Cardinals travel to North Branch (North Branch, MN) to encounter the Vikings in a non-league battle on Wednesday, April 30. The Vikings come into the battle with a record of 3-5. North Branch won 7-5 in their recent league battle against Monticello (Monticello, MN)
