Minnesota High School Softball - Anoka bounces Osseo

The Anoka Tornadoes softball team scored 8 runs and held the host Osseo Orioles to 2 in the Tornadoes league win on Tuesday.

The Tornadoes now possess a 9-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Rogers for a non-league battle on Thursday, May 1. Anoka will confront a Royals team coming off a 5-0 league win over Robbinsdale Armstrong (Plymouth, MN). The Royals record now stands at 9-3.

With the loss, Osseo moves to 2-8 on the season. The Orioles travel to Blaine (Blaine, MN) to confront the Bengals in a Northwest Suburban battle on Thursday, May 1. The Bengals come into the battle with a record of 5-6. Blaine won 9-2 in their recent league battle against Totino-Grace (Fridley, MN)
