In Tuesday's league test, the Kerkhoven-Murdock-Sunburg Fighting Saints (Kerkhoven, MN) softball squad overwhelmed the visiting Lakeview Lakers (Cottonwood, MN), by a tally of 18-8.
Next, the Fighting Saints meet the Renville County West Jaguars (Renville, MN) in a Camden test, on Friday, May 2. Kerkhoven-Murdock-Sunburg will attempt to advance on its 4-5 season record.
The Lakers (3-4) will now prepare for their test against Yellow Medicine East (Granite Falls, MN). The Sting go into the Camden test with a 2-3 record. In their last test, Yellow Medicine East toppled MACCRAY (Clara City, MN), 14-0, in a league test.
