In Tuesday's league test, the Model Secondary School for the Deaf Eagles (Washington, DC) softball squad overwhelmed the host McLean (Potomac, MD), by a tally of 27-5.

Next, the Eagles meet the Smith Jewish Day School Lions (Rockville, MD) in a Freelance test, on Wednesday, April 30. Model Secondary School for the Deaf will attempt to advance on its 3-10 season record. The Lions go into the test with a 0-2 record after their 20-2 non-league loss to Bishop McNamara (Forestville, MD).
