The Northstar Christian Academy Knights softball team scored 18 runs and held the visiting Sodus Spartans to 5 in the Knights non-league win on Tuesday.

The Knights now sport a 3-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Aquinas Institute for a non-league battle on Thursday, May 1. Northstar Christian Academy will encounter a Little Irish team coming off a 5-3 league loss to Eastridge (Rochester, NY). The Little Irish record now stands at 4-3.

With the loss, Sodus moves to 4-3 on the season. The Spartans host North Rose-Wolcott (Wolcott, NY) to encounter the Cougars in a Wayne County battle on Thursday, May 1. The Cougars come into the battle with a record of 3-4. North Rose-Wolcott lost 16-4 in their recent league battle against Lyons (Lyons, NY)
