The Swanville Bulldogs softball team scored 14 runs and held the host Royalton Royals to 7 in the Bulldogs non-league win on Tuesday.

The Bulldogs now sport a 11-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Long Prairie-Grey Eagle for a Prairie battle on Thursday, May 1. Swanville will confront a Thunder team coming off a 11-1 non-league loss to Belgrade-Brooten-Elrosa (Belgrade, MN). The Thunder record now stands at 2-7.

With the loss, Royalton moves to 1-8 on the season. The Royals travel to Atwater-Cosmos-Grove City (Grove City, MN) to confront the Falcons in a Central Minnesota battle on Thursday, May 1. The Falcons come into the battle with a record of 2-6. Atwater-Cosmos-Grove City lost 22-5 in their recent non-league battle against Litchfield (Litchfield, MN)
