Ohio High School Softball - Wapakoneta bounces Shawnee

In Tuesday's league match, the visiting Wapakoneta Redskins softball team scored a nice 14-4 win over the Shawnee Indians.

The Redskins (5-4) will now prepare for their match against Defiance (Defiance, OH). The Bulldogs come into the Western Buckeye match with a 12-8 record. In their last match, Defiance was routed by Elida (Elida, OH), 18-16, in a league match.

In their next game, the Indians battle the New Bremen Cardinals (New Bremen, OH) in a non-league match, on Thursday, May 1. Shawnee will attempt to better on its 8-8 season record. The Cardinals come into the match with a 3-9 record after their 14-1 league loss to Minster (Minster, OH).
