The Payton College Prep Grizzlies baseball team scored 15 runs and limited the host Holy Trinity Tigers to 2 in the Grizzlies non-league victory on Sunday.
The Grizzlies (3-1) will now prepare for their match against Lake View (Chicago, IL). The Wildcats go into the Chicago Public - Jackie Robinson North match with a 1-4 record. In their last match, Lake View was overwhelmed by Amundsen (Chicago, IL), 20-0, in a non-league match.
The Tigers (2-6) will now prepare for their match against Nazareth Academy (LaGrange Park, IL). The Roadrunners go into the non-league match with a 7-1 record. In their last match, Nazareth Academy gained a win over Fenton (Bensenville, IL), 12-0, in a non-league match.
