In Monday's non-league game, the host John Carroll Patriots baseball team scored a tight 7-6 victory over the Bishop O'Dowd Dragons.
The Patriots (4-1) will now prepare for their game against Monsignor Bonner/Archbishop Prendergast Catholic (Drexel Hill, PA). The Friars/Pandas go into the non-league game with a 2-2 record.
