In Monday's non-league game, the visiting Cooper Jaguars baseball team scored a tight 9-5 victory over the Hamilton Heights Huskies.
The Jaguars (1-3) will now prepare for their game against Conner (Hebron, KY). The Cougars go into the District 33 game with a 8-1 record. In their last game, Conner tipped Dixie Heights (Edgewood, KY), 11-3, in a non-league game.
The Huskies (0-1) will now prepare for their game against Madisonville-North Hopkins (Madisonville, KY). The Maroons go into the non-league game with a 0-5 record. In their last game, Madisonville-North Hopkins was overwhelmed by George Rogers Clark (Winchester, KY), 11-0, in a non-league game.
