Spectators at Monday's non-league battle between the Jacksonville Cardinals (Jacksonville, NC) and the host Richlands Wildcats (Richlands, NC), saw Jacksonville's baseball squad knock off Richlands by a count of 16-6.

Coming up next, the Cardinals play the Swansboro Pirates (Swansboro, NC) in a non-league battle, on Tuesday, April 4. Jacksonville will attempt to move on its 7-5 season record. The Pirates enter the battle with a 5-7 record after their 3-1 non-league win over Dixon (Holly Ridge, NC).

The Wildcats now possess a 2-10 record. They take the field next when they travel to Southwest Onslow for a non-league battle on Tuesday, April 4. Richlands will play a Stallions squad coming off a 13-0 non-league win over White Oak (Jacksonville, NC). The Stallions record now stands at 11-1.
