The St. Bernard Saints baseball team scored 22 runs and limited the host Windham Whippets to 0 in the Saints non-league victory on Monday.
The Saints (1-0) will now prepare for their match against Killingly (Killingly, CT). The Redmen go into the non-league match with a 1-1 record. In their last match, Killingly gained a win over Lyman Memorial (Lebanon, CT), 2-1, in a non-league match.
The Whippets (0-1) will now prepare for their match against Wheeler (North Stonington, CT). The Lions go into the non-league match with a 1-0 record. In their last match, Wheeler gained a win over Griswold (Griswold, CT), 9-3, in a non-league match.
