The Mead Mavericks the host Horizon Hawks lacrosse team by a final score of 8-4 in Monday's non-league match.

With the win, Mead betters its record to 1-1 on the season. The Mavericks travel to Fairview (Boulder, CO) to play the Knights in a non-league match on Friday, May 5. The Knights go into the match with a record of 2-1.
