In Monday's non-league game, the visiting Chaparral Wolverines baseball team scored a tight 7-2 victory over the Fossil Ridge Sabercats.
The Wolverines (3-0) will now prepare for their match against Dakota Ridge (Littleton, CO). The Eagles go into the non-league match with a 1-1 record.
The Sabercats (1-1) will now prepare for their match against Horizon (Thornton, CO). The Hawks go into the non-league match with a 2-2 record. In their last match, Horizon edged Monarch (Louisville, CO), 9-1, in a non-league match.
