Maine South Hawks (Park Ridge, IL) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad top the visiting Deerfield Warriors (Deerfield, IL), 23-8 in a league battle.

The Hawks now have a 4-0 record. They take the field next when they host Mother McAuley for a non-league battle on Saturday, April 6. Maine South will clash with a Mighty Macs squad coming off a 11-5 non-league win over Latin (Chicago, IL). The Mighty Macs record now stands at 2-2.

In their next game, the Warriors clash with the Evanston Wildkits (Evanston, IL) in a Central Suburban battle, on Thursday, April 11. Deerfield will attempt to move on its 2-1 season record.
