In Wednesday's non-league test, the visiting Galena Grizzlies lacrosse squad scored a tight 11-9 victory over the Glendale Nitros.
The Grizzlies now have a 5-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to San Marcos for a non-league test on Friday, April 5. Galena will face a Knights squad coming off a 17-1 non-league win over Rancho Bernardo (San Diego, CA). The Knights record now stands at 6-3.
In their next game, the Nitros face the Chadwick Dolphins (Palos Verdes Peninsula, CA) in a non-league test, on Monday, April 8. Glendale will attempt to move on its 12-4 season record. The Dolphins come into the test with a 5-5 record after their 17-5 non-league loss to Peninsula (Rolling Hills Estates, CA).
