The crowd at Wednesday's non-league challenge between the Lake Norman Wildcats (Mooresville, NC) and the host Blue Ridge Barons (St. George, VA), saw Lake Norman's lacrosse team gain a win over Blue Ridge by a margin of 8-6.
The Wildcats (8-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Middle Creek (Apex, NC). The Mustangs enter the non-league challenge with a 10-2 record. In their last challenge, Middle Creek edged Green Hope (Cary, NC), 16-3, in a league challenge.
The Barons (4-3) will now prepare for their challenge against St. James (Hagerstown, MD). The Saints enter the non-league challenge with a 3-3 record.
