In Thursday's non-league game, the visiting Moline Maroons baseball team scored a close 3-2 win over the Dunlap Eagles.

The Maroons (6-3) will now prepare for their game against Geneseo (Geneseo, IL). The Maple Leafs go into the Western Big Six game with a 5-6 record. In their last game, Geneseo nudged Macomb (Macomb, IL), 9-5, in a non-league game.

Next, the Eagles play the Union Grove Broncos (Union Grove, WI) in a non-league game, on Saturday, April 5. Dunlap will attempt to improve on its 4-4 season record. The Broncos go into the game with a 1-0 record after their 4-3 non-league win over Waukesha North (Waukesha, WI).
