The crowd at Thursday's non-league battle between the Western Alamance Warriors (Elon, NC) and the host Eastern Guilford Wildcats (Gibsonville, NC), saw Western Alamance's baseball team gain a win over Eastern Guilford by a tally of 15-4.
The Warriors (8-6) will now prepare for their battle against Cedar Ridge (Hillsborough, NC). The Fighting Red Wolves enter the Central 3A battle with a 6-9 record.
Next, the Wildcats face the Southern Guilford Storm (Greensboro, NC) in a Mid-State 3A battle, on Friday, April 4. Eastern Guilford will attempt to upgrade on its 2-14 season record. The Storm enter the battle with a 10-6 record after their 5-2 non-league win over Western Guilford (Greensboro, NC).
