New York High School Baseball - Etowah prevails Stony Brook

The crowd at Thursday's non-league battle between the Etowah Eagles (Woodstock, GA) and the host Stony Brook Bears (Stony Brook, NY), saw Etowah's baseball team beat Stony Brook by a margin of 18-9.
The Eagles (22-1) will now prepare for their battle against Newton (Covington, GA). The Rams enter the non-league battle with a 13-8 record. In their last battle, Newton was overwhelmed by Grovetown (Grovetown, GA), 5-4, in a league battle.
Next, the Bears face the Houston County Bears (Warner Robins, GA) in a non-league battle, on Thursday, April 3. Stony Brook will attempt to improve on its 9-2 season record. The Bears enter the battle with a 18-4 record after their 10-7 league win over Coffee (Douglas, GA).
