The Millard North Mustangs (Omaha, NE) baseball got by the visiting Gretna East Griffins (Gretna, NE), 3-2 in Thursday's non-league challenge.
The Mustangs now own a 7-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Elkhorn South for a non-league challenge on Friday, April 4. Millard North will clash with a Storm team coming off a 10-7 non-league win over Omaha Westside (Omaha, NE). The Storm record now stands at 3-2.
With the defeat, Gretna East drops to 5-3 on the year. The Griffins host Lincoln East (Lincoln, NE) to clash with the Spartans in a non-league challenge on Friday, April 4. The Spartans go into the challenge with a record of 9-0. Lincoln East won 3-0 in their recent non-league challenge against Kearney (Kearney, NE)
