The New Trier Trevians (Winnetka, IL) baseball the host Oak Park-River Forest Huskies (Oak Park, IL), 3-1 in Thursday's non-league challenge.
The Trevians now own a 7-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Fremd for a non-league challenge on Saturday, April 5. New Trier will clash with a Vikings team coming off a 11-1 non-league win over Metea Valley (Aurora, IL). The Vikings record now stands at 5-0.
With the defeat, Oak Park-River Forest drops to 2-3 on the year. The Huskies host Lyons (LaGrange, IL) to clash with the Lions in a West Suburban - Silver challenge on Friday, April 4. The Lions go into the challenge with a record of 4-1. Lyons won 14-6 in their recent non-league challenge against Berwyn/Cicero Morton (Cicero, IL)
