The crowd at Thursday's non-league battle between the Olympian Eagles (Chula Vista, CA) and the visiting Windward Wildcats (Los Angeles, CA), saw Olympian's baseball team beat Windward by a margin of 11-1.

The Eagles (11-3) will now prepare for their battle against Otay Ranch (Chula Vista, CA). The Mustangs enter the Metro South Bay battle with a 11-3 record. In their last battle, Otay Ranch defeated Monte Vista (Spring Valley, CA), 13-3, in a non-league battle.

Next, the Wildcats face the Brentwood School Eagles (Los Angeles, CA) in a Gold Coast battle, on Tuesday, April 8. Windward will attempt to improve on its 8-6 season record. The Eagles enter the battle with a 7-8 record after their 13-11 non-league win over Doral Academy Red Rock (Las Vegas, NV).
