Cherokee Trail Cougars (Aurora, CO) boosters left the game thrilled Thursday as they saw their volleyball squad nudge the host Eaglecrest Raptors (Centennial, CO), 2-1 in a non-league test.

With the win, Cherokee Trail improves its record to 1-0 on the season. The Cougars travel to Regis Groff (Denver, CO) to encounter the Fusion in a non-league test on Friday, April 4. The Fusion go into the test with a record of 6-0. Regis Groff won 2-0 in their recent non-league test against Chaparral (Parker, CO)

The Raptors now own a 5-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Overland for a non-league test on Tuesday, April 8.
