Fans at Thursday's non-league battle between the Durango Demons (Durango, CO) and the visiting Crested Butte Titans (Crested Butte, CO), saw Durango's soccer squad hold off Crested Butte by a count of 2-1.

The Demons (2-3) will now prepare for their battle against Grand Junction (Grand Junction, CO). The Tigers enter the 4A/5A Southwestern battle with a 3-1 record. In their last battle, Grand Junction tipped Grand Junction Central (Grand Junction, CO), 10-0, in a league battle.

Next up, the Titans battle the Manitou Springs Mustangs (Manitou Springs, CO) in a non-league battle, on Saturday, April 5. Crested Butte will attempt to upgrade on its 5-2 season record. The Mustangs enter the battle with a 2-1 record after their 10-0 non-league win over St. Mary's (Colorado Springs, CO).
