Virginia High School Soccer - Independence knocks off Heritage

The Independence soccer squad scored 8 points and held the host Heritage Pride to 0 in the non-league victory on Thursday.
The now hold a 6-0 record. They play next when they travel to Potomac Falls for a Potomac bout on Tuesday, April 8. Independence will play a Panthers squad coming off a 9-0 non-league win over Park View (Sterling, VA). The Panthers record now stands at 1-4.
With the loss, Heritage moves to 2-4 on the year. The Pride host Freedom (South Riding, VA) to play the Eagles in a non-league bout on Tuesday, April 8. The Eagles go into the bout with a record of 6-0.
