In Thursday's non-league contest, the visiting Highland Park Giants lacrosse squad scored a tight 12-9 win over the Buffalo Grove Bison.

The Giants (1-1) will now prepare for their contest against New Trier (Winnetka, IL). The Trevians enter the Central Suburban contest with a 3-2 record. In their last contest, New Trier nipped Middleton (Middleton, WI), 8-4, in a non-league contest.

Next, the Bison meet the Mundelein Mustangs (Mundelein, IL) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, April 5. Buffalo Grove will attempt to better on its 0-3 season record. The Mustangs enter the contest with a 0-1 record after their 15-11 non-league loss to Prairie Ridge (Crystal Lake, IL).
