The Mt. Hope Huskies lacrosse team (Bristol, RI), was overwhelmed 15-7 in Thursday's non-league battle with the host Westerly Bulldogs (Westerly, RI)

With the victory, Westerly advances its record to 1-0 on the season. The Bulldogs travel to Fitch (Groton, CT) to encounter the Falcons in a non-league battle on Saturday, April 5. The Falcons come into the battle with a record of 0-0.

The Huskies now sport a 2-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to North Smithfield for a Division 3 battle on Monday, April 7. Mt. Hope will encounter a Northmen team coming off a 9-3 non-league win over Ponaganset (North Scituate, RI). The Northmen record now stands at 2-1.
