The Westfield Bulldogs held off the visiting Patriot Pioneers lacrosse team by a tally of 8-7 in Thursday's non-league game.
Next up, the Bulldogs play the Langley Saxons (McLean, VA) in a non-league game, on Wednesday, April 9. Westfield will attempt to improve on its 3-4 season record. The Saxons come into the game with a 6-0 record after their 13-7 league win over McLean (McLean, VA).
The Pioneers (2-4) will now prepare for their game against Woodbridge (Woodbridge, VA). The Vikings come into the non-league game with a 2-4 record. In their last game, Woodbridge was tipped by Hylton (Woodbridge, VA), 8-6, in a league game.
