The Allentown Redbirds softball team scored 12 runs and held the visiting Princeton Tigers to 1 in the Redbirds non-league win on Thursday.

The Redbirds now possess a 4-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Holy Cross for a non-league battle on Saturday, April 5. Allentown will confront a Lancers team coming off a 3-1 non-league loss to Bordentown (Bordentown, NJ). The Lancers record now stands at 1-2.

With the loss, Princeton moves to 0-1 on the season. The Tigers travel to Hightstown (Hightstown, NJ) to confront the Rams in a CVC - Colonial battle on Monday, April 7. The Rams come into the battle with a record of 3-1. Hightstown won 21-0 in their recent league battle against Trenton Central (Trenton, NJ)
