Louisiana High School Softball - Sacred Heart bounces Catholic of Pointe Coupee

In Thursday's league match, the visiting Sacred Heart Trojans softball team scored a tight 5-1 win over the Catholic of Pointe Coupee Hornets.
The Trojans (16-8) will now prepare for their match against Cecilia (Cecilia, LA). The Bulldogs come into the non-league match with a 6-17 record.
In their next game, the Hornets confront the St. John Eagles (Plaquemine, LA) in a non-league match, on Monday, April 7. Catholic of Pointe Coupee will attempt to better on its 18-8 season record. The Eagles come into the match with a 19-4 record after their 9-6 non-league loss to Breaux Bridge (Breaux Bridge, LA).
