The Central Wildcats softball team scored 10 runs and held the visiting Slidell Tigers to 0 in the Wildcats non-league win on Thursday.

The Wildcats now sport a 14-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Patrick Taylor Science & Tech Academy for a non-league battle on Saturday, April 5. Central will confront a Tigers team coming off a 15-4 non-league loss to South Terrebonne (Bourg, LA). The Tigers record now stands at 11-6.

With the loss, Slidell moves to 6-11 on the season. The Tigers host John Curtis Christian (River Ridge, LA) to confront the Patriots in a non-league battle on Friday, April 4.
