Oregon High School Softball - Putnam bounces Clackamas

In Thursday's non-league match, the visiting Putnam Kingsmen softball team scored a tight 18-12 victory over the Clackamas Cavaliers.
The Kingsmen (4-1) will now prepare for their match against Redmond (Redmond, OR). The Panthers go into the non-league match with a 2-3 record. In their last contest, Redmond was routed by Pendleton (Pendleton, OR), 15-0, in a non-league contest.
The Cavaliers now hold a 2-5 record. They play next when they travel to South Salem for a non-league contest on Friday, April 4. Clackamas will face a Saxons squad coming off a 15-0 non-league loss to Lake Oswego (Lake Oswego, OR). The Saxons record now stands at 0-5.
