In Thursday's non-league test, the Danville Hawks (Danville, AL) softball squad the host Skyline Vikings (Scottsboro, AL), by a tally of 3-1.
Next, the Hawks clash with the New Hope Indians (New Hope, AL) in a non-league test, on Friday, April 4. Danville will attempt to advance on its 14-11 season record. The Indians go into the test with a 10-18 record after their 11-10 league win over Plainview (Rainsville, AL).
The Vikings (7-15) will now prepare for their test against Trigg County (Cadiz, KY). The Wildcats go into the non-league test with a 4-5 record. In their last test, Trigg County held off Massac County (Metropolis, IL), 6-3, in a non-league test.
