Kentucky High School Baseball - Bluegrass United nips Floyd Central

The Bluegrass United Bluehawks (Lexington, KY) baseball nipped the host Floyd Central Jaguars (Eastern, KY), 11-10 in Saturday's non-league contest.

Coming up next, the Bluehawks encounter the Prestonsburg Black Cats (Prestonsburg, KY) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, April 30. Bluegrass United will attempt to better on its 13-12 season record. The Black Cats come into the contest with a 11-11 record after their 11-3 non-league win over Phelps (Phelps, KY).

The Jaguars now sport a 7-15 record. They play next when they host Magoffin County for a non-league contest on Monday, May 2. Floyd Central will encounter a Hornets squad coming off a 8-5 non-league win over Bluegrass United (Lexington, KY). The Hornets record now stands at 2-8.
