The Normal Community Ironmen baseball team scored 7 runs and limited the host East Peoria Raiders to 3 in the Ironmen non-league victory on Saturday.
The Ironmen (11-13) will now prepare for their match against Peoria Notre Dame (Peoria, IL). The Irish go into the Big Twelve match with a 5-11 record. In their last match, Peoria Notre Dame was overwhelmed by East Peoria (East Peoria, IL), 5-4, in a non-league match.
The Raiders (9-8) will now prepare for their match against Morton (Morton, IL). The Potters go into the Mid-Illini match with a 17-4 record. In their last match, Morton edged Richwoods (Peoria, IL), 10-9, in a non-league match.
