Oxford Hills Vikings (South Paris, ME) fans exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the visiting Hampden Broncos (Hampden, ME), 14-4 in a league test.
With the win, Oxford Hills upgrades its record to 4-1 on the season. The Vikings host Mt. Ararat (Topsham, ME) to battle the Eagles in a Class A North test on Monday, May 2. The Eagles come into the test with a record of 3-1. Mt. Ararat won 8-0 in their recent league test against Skowhegan (Skowhegan, ME)
With the defeat, Hampden falls to 1-3 on the season. The Broncos host Brewer (Brewer, ME) to battle the Witches in a Class A North test on Monday, May 2. The Witches come into the test with a record of 3-4. Brewer won 5-3 in their recent league test against Lewiston (Lewiston, ME)
