The St. Albans Bulldogs the host Lake Braddock Bruins baseball team by a count of 7-5 in Saturday's non-league bout.
The Bulldogs now possess a 14-14 record. They take the field next when they travel to St. Stephen's & St. Agnes for a Interstate Athletic bout on Tuesday, May 3. St. Albans will clash with a Saints team coming off a 5-3 league win over Saint John Paul the Great Catholic (Dumfries, VA). The Saints record now stands at 13-6.
The Bruins (2-4) will now prepare for their match against Woodson (Fairfax, VA). The Cavaliers go into the Patriot match with a 6-4 record. In their last match, Woodson tipped South County (Lorton, VA), 11-8, in a league match.
