The Ontario Warriors got by the visiting Perkins Pirates baseball team by a count of 9-8 in Saturday's non-league bout.
The Warriors now possess a 10-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Marion Harding for a Mid Ohio Athletic bout on Tuesday, May 3. Ontario will face a Presidents team coming off a 3-2 non-league loss to Bexley (Columbus, OH). The Presidents record now stands at 2-4.
Next, the Pirates face the Bellevue Redmen (Bellevue, OH) in a Sandusky Bay - Lake bout, on Monday, May 2. Perkins will attempt to move on its 9-4 season record. The Redmen enter the bout with a 5-5 record after their 10-3 non-league win over Wauseon (Wauseon, OH).
