The Lincoln-Way East Griffins topped the visiting Maine South Hawks volleyball team by a score of 2-0 in Saturday's non-league test.

The Griffins now have a 22-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Andrew for a Southwest Suburban test on Tuesday, May 3. Lincoln-Way East will confront a Thunderbolts team coming off a 2-0 league loss to Stagg (Palos Hills, IL). The Thunderbolts record now stands at 7-13.

The Hawks (14-10) will now prepare for their test against New Trier (Winnetka, IL). The Trevians enter the Central Suburban South test with a 17-3 record. In their last test, New Trier gained a win over Loyola Academy (Wilmette, IL), 2-0, in a non-league test.
