In Saturday's non-league game, the host Broomfield Eagles baseball team scored a nice 15-0 victory over the Fossil Ridge Sabercats.
The Eagles (12-0) will now prepare for their game against Legacy (Broomfield, CO). The Lightning go into the non-league game with a 3-2 record. In their last game, Legacy overcame Boulder (Boulder, CO), 8-3, in a non-league game.
The Sabercats (0-1) will now prepare for their game against Horizon (Thornton, CO). The Hawks go into the game with a 10-4 record. In their last game, Horizon overcame Rocky Mountain (Fort Collins, CO), 14-12, in a league game.
