Indiana High School Baseball - Clinton Prairie can't hold off Beech Grove

In Saturday's non-league game, the host Beech Grove Hornets baseball team scored a tight 19-18 victory over the Clinton Prairie Gophers.
The Hornets (2-1) will now prepare for their game against Cascade (Clayton, IN). The Cadets go into the game with a 4-2 record. In their last game, Cascade tipped North Putnam (Roachdale, IN), 9-1, in a non-league game.
The Gophers (0-1) will now prepare for their game against McCutcheon (Lafayette, IN). The Mavericks go into the non-league game with a 4-5 record.
