In Saturday's league game, the visiting University Hawks baseball team scored a nice 10-2 victory over the Uniontown Red Raiders.
The Hawks (11-10) will now prepare for their game against Buckhannon-Upshur (Buckhannon, WV). The Buccaneers go into the non-league game with a 1-1 record. In their last game, Buckhannon-Upshur ran past Prestonsburg (Prestonsburg, KY), 10-9, in a non-league game.
The Red Raiders (0-1) will now prepare for their game against Laurel Highlands (Uniontown, PA). The Mustangs go into the non-league game with a 0-1 record. In their last game, Laurel Highlands was overwhelmed by Greater Latrobe (Latrobe, PA), 2-1, in a non-league game.
