Colorado High School Lacrosse - Durango drops to Battle Mountain

Battle Mountain Huskies (Edwards, CO) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad top the visiting Durango Demons (Durango, CO), 16-3 in a non-league test.

The Huskies now have a 6-6 record. They take the field next when they travel to Thomas Jefferson for a non-league test on Monday, May 2. Battle Mountain will face a Spartans squad coming off a 15-7 league loss to Ponderosa (Parker, CO). The Spartans record now stands at 6-6.

In their next game, the Demons face the Telluride Miners (Telluride, CO) in a 4A/5A Mountain test, on Thursday, May 5. Durango will attempt to move on its 1-10 season record.
