New York High School Lacrosse - Grand Island overwhelms Lewiston-Porter

The Grand Island Vikings walloped the host Lewiston-Porter Lancers lacrosse team by a final score of 9-4 in Saturday's league match.

With the win, Grand Island betters its record to 4-6 on the season. The Vikings host Williamsville East (East Amherst, NY) to play the Flames in a Class C match on Tuesday, May 3. The Flames go into the match with a record of 5-3. Williamsville East won 17-8 in their recent league match against Iroquois (Elma, NY)

With the defeat, Lewiston-Porter drops to 2-4 on the season. The Lancers travel to Wilson (Wilson, NY) to play the Lakemen in a non-league match on Friday, May 6. The Lakemen go into the match with a record of 5-4.
