Illinois High School Lacrosse - Marmion drops to Plainfield North

In Saturday's non-league test, the host Plainfield North Tigers lacrosse squad scored a tight 18-11 victory over the Marmion Cadets.
The Tigers now have a 8-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Lockport for a South Suburban test on Tuesday, May 3. Plainfield North will face a Porters squad coming off a 10-2 league win over Hillcrest (Country Club Hills, IL). The Porters record now stands at 6-5.
In their next game, the Cadets face the Fenwick Friars (Oak Park, IL) in a Chicago Catholic - Blue test, on Monday, May 2. Marmion will attempt to move on its 3-5 season record. The Friars come into the test with a 5-5 record after their 12-6 non-league loss to Oak Park-River Forest (Oak Park, IL).
